Cozy & Classic Basement Apartment | Private Entry Near Downtown

Booked it from Jan to March. This was second longer stay with Peaceful. I had a great stay at this property and would absolutely book again. The location is one of the biggest highlights—it’s just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, making it incredibly easy to get around, whether you’re exploring the city or heading out for activities.  The space itself had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and all the essentials were thoughtfully provided, which made settling in really easy. It’s clear this place is set up for both short and longer stays. As someone working remotely, the WiFi was a huge plus—it was fast, reliable, and handled video calls and work tasks without any issues. That alone made a big difference in my overall experience.

It was clean, safe, and access instructions were fantastic (very detailed). It is very close to a Sprouts and in a good location. Overall, the stay was pleasant. However, READ the details carefully! It is NOT a 2 bedroom, despite the claim in the listing. It is a ONE bedroom and there are two sleep sofas in the common area. That would have been a big problem for me if my son had opted to stay with me. Fortunately, he did not so it being a 1BR with a small bathroom was not a problem. The shower is small which is not a problem for me but my DH (or someone large) would have had a problem if he/they had come with me on this trip. It is a basement apartment, which is mentioned in the details but not highlighted. The stairs to the apartment are narrow and somewhat steep so accessibility would be difficult for people with some mobility issues.It is a nice place - I wish they would make it clear what you are getting. If I had easily known this info up front it probably would have gotten a higher rating.

It was very central to things. And it had everything we needed to cook stuff. It worked out really well. It was clean and comfortable.

This property was perfect for us. We were there for our son’s graduation from the U and the location was perfect! On our first day we asked the property manager for a floor lamp for the living room and one was delivered that same evening!! Thank you for providing us a very comfortable place to stay on a weekend that was 4 years in the making!!
