SLC, UT | Cheery & Comfortable Apartment Near Downtown

Positive: The amount of light coming in from the windows was just lovely. It definitely earned the title 'Bright and Cheery.' The kitchen was incredible due to how well-equipped it was. It had everything, practically. Very tight space but workable. Loved the shower. Big space - with a window! The apartment is an incredible value. The management was wonderful. Kind, supportive, willing to listen, informative and accessible ... Jaycee was just excellent. Negative: The living room wasn't as comfortableas it could be.. No side tables nor lights. The 2 items of furniture - the couch and 'coffee table', which doubled as beds, dominated the room There was no room for more furniture. No counter space in the bathroom. The landing on the top of the kind of steep outside stairs is rough and feels a bit unsafe.

Everything as described and very clean! The apartment has anything you could need, including laundry. It’s close to everything and in a quiet location. This was my second time staying here, and I would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as listed. I found it clean, safe (solo female traveler), well stocked and comfy. It is also right next to a grocery store which is so helpful. 100% would stay again.

Was very nice and cozy! At first was a bit confused of seeing several buildings with the same street address but once we figured out by just looking for the apartment number it was very easy. Great, central location too!!
