How do I log into my Owner Portal?

Log into your owner portal at Hostaway.com with your assigned Username and Password. For easy access to the dashboard page, you can click the link on our Owner page. (If you have not received your Hostaway invitation, please email owner-services@peacefulvacationrentals.com and we will be happy to get you logged in.)

How do I book an Owner Stay?

Log into your owner portal at Hostaway.com.
Select the days in the calendar to bring up a box, scroll to the bottom, and press “Add” → “Owner Stay”.
The same can be done from the reservations tab by clicking the “Add +” button, then changing the Status to Owner stay.
In the app, select the date on the calendar, then press “Create Reservation” (or press the “+” button on the reservations tab, and change the Status to Owner stay.
Fill in your information in the required fields, then press “Save” (or “Submit” in the app).

You’ll be able to see the reservation in blue on the calendar.
Owner Stays are not charged, but a cleaning is automatically scheduled. The cost of the cleaning will be included as an expense on the monthly statement.

We are also happy to make the reservation on your behalf if you reach out with your desired dates.

From the calendar on Hostaway, click on your "Owner Stay" reservation to bring up the summary box.
Click the pencil icon to open a new tab of your reservation details. You can Edit your reservation here.
You can update the reservation name, number of guests, contact information, arrival & departure dates and/or times, etc.
Click Save in the upper right hand corner.

If you would like to clean the home yourself after your stay, please let us know when you book your stay. We will notify the cleaners and remove the charge. We do have certain standards for each clean so we will have a cleaner inspect the property once you leave. (This can result in a small fee if they notice anything that needs to be done.)

In the Hostaway dashboard, you’ll see today’s check-ins and check-outs along with upcoming reservations, current guests, and other data.
You can also see upcoming bookings on the Hostaway calendar tab.

Once in the dashboard, click on Calendar. There you can see upcoming reservations and available nights.

If you notice anything wrong or that you would like changed with your listing, or if you have added any extra amenities to your property, please don’t hesitate to call or email us. We are available 9 am-5 pm and would be happy to assist you.

We work with PriceLabs, an Automated Dynamic Pricing tool, which is one of the most popular pricing tools to help increase revenue by up to 90%. The rates at each property are set and adjusted based on local market data.

There are a lot of parameters that go into what listings appear in search results on the different channels. Depending on what you select, your property may not appear on the first page of your search results. Along with our preferred partner management software, PVR aims to reach the best-suited potential guests for each property.
For our owners, the easiest way to find your 3rd-party listings is to click the desired channel icon in the corner of the property summary in the Listings tab.
If your listings were recently set up, it will take 1-2 days to appear on the 3rd parties. If it has been 2-3 days please reach out and we will look into it or send you a URL link to your listing.

Your financial statement will be completed by the 10th of every month. It will be saved in the Hostaway Owner Statements “Manage” tab, and a PDF version will also be shared in your Google Drive Property folder. If you have not seen your statement by the 10th, please email us at billing@peacefulvacationrentals.com.
If you have questions about your statement when received, please contact us.
Payments are also initiated by the 10th. Due to bank processing times, it may take up to a week to receive your payment.

Usually our cleaning team will report any damages, and we take care of it at that time, but if we missed something, please reach out and we will get it resolved.

We suggest not to have any personal bookings during major holidays. Valentine’s Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Presidents Day, 4th of July, and Christmas are busy booking days.
